Huntington City Beach & Pier
Huntington City Beach stretches 8.5 miles along the Pacific Coast Highway and anchors one of the most recognized surf destinations in the world. The iconic Huntington Beach Pier extends 1,850 feet into the Pacific — one of the longest piers on the West Coast — and the surrounding area hosts the US Open of Surfing every July, drawing an estimated 500,000 spectators. Main Street runs perpendicular to the pier and is lined with restaurants, surf shops, and bars.
Beach parking along PCH fills fast on summer weekends, and PCH itself slows to a crawl during major events. A charter bus drops your group at the pier plaza and eliminates the parking scramble entirely.
